Through a series of exercises and an interview with an EDUCATIONAL FUTURES Representative, the student is asked to reflect on the basic questions of "Who Am I?" and "Where Am I Going?" The exercises are chosen from the best sources and include those from Richard Bolles' book, What Color is Your Parachute?, the Mohler Personal Concept exercise prepared for the American Management Association, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, the Vernon, Allport and Linzey "Study of Values", and the Strong Interest Inventory.

The exercises are then scored, and a consultant examines the data and presents his conclusions and recommendations in a written Personal and Career Assessment Report, prepared for the student.
